Returns & Refunds

We offer returns on Grills and other outdoor appliances under the following strict conditions:
  • Original Packaging Required: Appliances must be returned in their original, undamaged factory box with all internal packing materials, manuals, and accessories included. We cannot accept appliance returns if the original box is discarded or destroyed.
  • Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs.
    • Exception: If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., we shipped the wrong model), EXT Cabinets will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Condition: Appliances must be unused and in new condition.

The RDB1 is the standard version without the blue LED lights. It features the same two solid brass 12,000 BTU burners (24,000 BTUs total) and 304 stainless steel construction, but without the LED lighting or electrical connection requirement.

Q2: Does the RDB1 include a lid?

Yes. A 304 stainless steel removable lid is included to protect the burners when not in use.

Q3: Is an insulating liner required for the RDB1?

Yes. If installing into a combustible cabinet, an insulating liner is required (sold separately).

Q4: Does the RDB1 come in both natural gas and propane?

Yes. The RDB1 is available in both natural gas and liquid propane configurations.
