Returns & Refunds

We offer returns on Grills and other outdoor appliances under the following strict conditions:
  • Original Packaging Required: Appliances must be returned in their original, undamaged factory box with all internal packing materials, manuals, and accessories included. We cannot accept appliance returns if the original box is discarded or destroyed.
  • Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs.
    • Exception: If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., we shipped the wrong model), EXT Cabinets will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Condition: Appliances must be unused and in new condition.

Yes. Unlike the 500 Series, the 700 Series features interior halogen hood lights and LED-backlit SafetyGlow™ control knobs. To power these features, the grill must be plugged into a standard GFI outdoor outlet. It comes with an extended electrical wiring harness to simplify the connection within your island.

3. Is the rotisserie kit included with this model?
