There’s no decorative lighting or projection here; this is a purpose-built workhorse designed to run shift after shift.
The standout is the thick 6mm triple-plated cooking surface. That added mass stores more heat and holds it through heavy loads, so the plate recovers temperature fast when you drop a full batch and stays even from one side to the other. Finished in Texas Sea Glass Matte, the surface combines 304 stainless steel and cast iron over a new aluminum base plate for true edge-to-edge heat distribution. Two U-shape stainless burners supply a combined 18,000 BTU, with improved internal combustion driving cleaner, more efficient performance.
Operation is deliberately simple. Push & Spark ignition fires the burners without fuss, and twin safety valves with thermocouples automatically cut gas flow if a flame ever goes out—an essential safeguard in a commercial setting. A redesigned hidden grease tray keeps grease out of sight, and the smaller, dishwasher-safe tray makes end-of-service cleanup fast. Fully ETL certified and built in the USA, it’s ready for code-compliant commercial installation.

Installation Notice
If installing this unit into a cabinet, the cabinet must be constructed from non-combustible material, or an insulation liner must be used (see GFLINER75). The griddle may also be placed on a non-combustible surface or mounted to the optional portable cart (GFCART75).
