Description
Compact footprint, full-size capability. The 30-inch Pro Series griddle packs the same redesigned styling and pro-grade engineering as its larger siblings into a single-burner format that’s ideal for tighter outdoor kitchens, intimate patios, and commercial prep stations where space is at a premium. Newly rated for indoor, outdoor, and commercial environments, it’s a genuinely go-anywhere flat top.
Every cook starts on the triple-plated surface, finished in the distinctive Texas Sea Glass Matte. Beneath that surface, a layered build of 304 stainless steel and cast iron sits on a new aluminum base plate—a combination that pulls heat across the full cooking area and holds it steady, so you get reliable searing from edge to edge rather than a hot center and cool corners. The cooking plate is available in both 3mm and 6mm thicknesses to match how you cook.
The details are where this generation stands out. A single U-shape stainless burner delivers a focused 9,000 BTU, lit instantly by Push & Spark ignition. The backlit control knob shifts color with your settings—red at high, yellow at low, blue when off—so the burner state is obvious at a glance. When the sun drops, a built-in halogen light keeps the surface lit and the Le Griddle LED logo projector adds a signature finishing touch. A redesigned hidden grease tray with a fold-down door keeps the front clean, while the smaller, dishwasher-safe tray makes the post-cook routine quick.
