Shipping & Returns

• Order Confirmation: As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Our team then verifies that all items are in stock and ready for shipment within the advertised timeline. If everything checks out, your order is submitted to our warehouse for processing. If your order cannot be fulfilled within the expected timeline, for instance, due to custom production timing, our customer service team will contact you by email or phone to confirm before proceeding.
• When will my order ship: Most orders leave our South Florida facility within 1–3 business days of placement. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number within 1 business day of the shipment departure. If you do not receive tracking information within 10 business days of your order, please feel free to contract our customer service team.
• When will my item arrived: We typically deliver within 3-5 business days. Custom-made products are usually delivered within 4-12 weeks. If the expected delivery date for your order would fall outside of the advertised 3-5 business day time frame, our customer service team will reach out to you to confirm if you agree with that date.

We offer returns on Grills and other outdoor appliances under the following strict conditions:

• Original Packaging Required: Appliances must be returned in their original, undamaged factory box with all internal packing materials, manuals, and accessories included. We cannot accept appliance returns if the original box is discarded or destroyed.
• Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs.
  • Exception: If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., we shipped the wrong model), EXT Cabinets will cover the return shipping costs.
• Condition: Appliances must be unused and in new condition.
