  • When will my order ship: Most orders leave our South Florida facility within 1–3 business days of placement. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number within 1 business day of the shipment departure.   • Original Packaging Required: Appliances must be returned in their original, undamaged factory box with all internal packing materials, manuals, and accessories included. We cannot accept appliance returns if the original box is discarded or destroyed.
  • Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs.
    • Exception: If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., we shipped the wrong model), EXT Cabinets will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Condition: Appliances must be unused and in new condition.
