Original Packaging Required: Appliances must be returned in their original, undamaged factory box with all internal packing materials, manuals, and accessories included. We cannot accept appliance returns if the original box is discarded or destroyed.
Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs.
- Exception: If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., we shipped the wrong model), EXT Cabinets will cover the return shipping costs.
Condition: Appliances must be unused and in new condition.

Q1: How does the DHBQ38G-D compare to the DHBQ32G-D?

The 38-inch model adds 115 sq in of primary cooking surface, increases total BTU output from 46,500 to 60,000, and expands the warming rack from 174 to 210 sq in. If you regularly cook for 6 or more, the 38-inch model is worth the step-up. For families of 4–6, the 32-inch is often sufficient.

Q2: Can this grill support a rotisserie if I decide I want one later?

The DHBQ38G-D base model does not include a rear infrared rotisserie burner. If rotisserie cooking is a future priority, consider starting with the DHBQ38R-D or DHBQ38RS-D, which include the rotisserie burner from the factory. Retrofitting a rotisserie burner post-purchase is not straightforward.

Q3: Does the 38-inch model require a different insulation jacket than the 32-inch?

Yes. The 38-inch model requires the DHIJ38 insulation jacket for combustible island installation (not the DHIJ32 used for the 32-inch). Always confirm you're ordering the correct jacket for your specific grill size.
