Returns & Refunds

We offer returns on Grills and other outdoor appliances under the following strict conditions:
  • Original Packaging Required: Appliances must be returned in their original, undamaged factory box with all internal packing materials, manuals, and accessories included. We cannot accept appliance returns if the original box is discarded or destroyed.
  • Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs.
    • Exception: If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., we shipped the wrong model), EXT Cabinets will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Condition: Appliances must be unused and in new condition.

FAQ

Q1: Is the DHBQ32R-W the same as the DHBQ32R-D but with a white panel?

Yes, the R-W and R-D are mechanically identical. The only difference is the control panel color. All specs, BTU ratings, cooking surfaces, and warranty terms are the same.

Q2: What's the difference between the DHBQ32R-W and the DHBQ32RS-W?

The DHBQ32RS-W adds a dedicated infrared sear zone in addition to the rotisserie burner. The R-W has rotisserie only. If steakhouse-style searing is important to you, the RS-W is worth the upgrade. If rotisserie is your primary focus, the R-W is the better value.

Q3: Will the white panel hold up in outdoor conditions year-round?

Yes, the white panel is designed for permanent outdoor installation. Routine cleaning and a grill cover when not in use are the best practices for preserving its appearance long-term. The panel is not exposed to direct cooking heat or flame, minimizing discoloration risk.

Q4: Can I add a sear zone to the white panel rotisserie model?

Yes, the DHBQ32R-W supports the Delta Heat Sear Zone Kit upgrade, identical to all other R-series models. Panel color does not affect upgrade compatibility.

Q5: Does a rotisserie motor come included with this grill?

The grill includes the built-in infrared rotisserie burner. The rotisserie motor and spit assembly are typically sold separately. Confirm accessory inclusion with your dealer and ensure compatibility with the 32-inch grill dimensions before your first rotisserie cook.
