Original Packaging Required: Appliances must be returned in their original, undamaged factory box with all internal packing materials, manuals, and accessories included. We cannot accept appliance returns if the original box is discarded or destroyed.
Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs.
- Exception: If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., we shipped the wrong model), EXT Cabinets will cover the return shipping costs.

Q1: Is the DHBQ32RS-W the same performance as the DHBQ32RS-D and K?

Yes, all three DHBQ32RS variants are mechanically identical. The W has a white control panel; the D has standard stainless; the K has black. Performance, features, and warranty terms are identical across all three.
