Returns & Refunds

We offer returns on Grills and other outdoor appliances under the following strict conditions:
  • Original Packaging Required: Appliances must be returned in their original, undamaged factory box with all internal packing materials, manuals, and accessories included. We cannot accept appliance returns if the original box is discarded or destroyed.
  • Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs.
    • Exception: If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., we shipped the wrong model), EXT Cabinets will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Condition: Appliances must be unused and in new condition.

Q1: What is the difference between the Coyote C-Series and CL-Series 30" grills?

The C-Series (C3C30) is the base-tier model with three 15,000-BTU I-Burners and stainless steel heat grids, without a thermocouple safety valve or spring-assisted lid as standard. The CL-Series adds thermocouple safety valves, a spring-assisted hood, smudge-proof control panel, and backlit knob styling. The CL-Series is recommended if safety valve protection and a more refined build are priorities.

Q2: Does the Coyote C-Series 30" include a rotisserie?

No. The C-Series 30" does not include a rotisserie kit as standard. A compatible rotisserie kit can be purchased as an optional accessory. The grill also supports an optional smoker box and optional sear burner upgrade.
