This insulating liner allows you to safely install a 40 Series griddle into a built-in cabinet that isn’t constructed from non-combustible material, providing a protective barrier between the appliance and the surrounding enclosure. It’s the simplest way to bring a clean, integrated built-in look to an outdoor kitchen without rebuilding the cabinet itself.
Constructed entirely from 304 stainless steel for long-term durability, the liner features a connection hole notched into the back-left bottom corner to accommodate the gas line. Built in the USA to fit the 40 Series precisely.

If installing a gas griddle into a cabinet, the cabinet must be constructed from non-combustible material—or this insulation liner must be used.
Please note: This liner is not compatible with the Trim Kits / Frame Kits (GFFRAME40).
