EXT Cabinets LLC (“EXT Cabinets,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and retain personal information when you visit extcabinets.com, request a quote, communicate with us, purchase products, arrange installation, or use our customer text messaging program.
Our business manufactures custom outdoor cabinetry and supplies outdoor kitchen products and related services. This policy covers our handling of personal information; it does not replace the separate privacy notices of independent payment, financing, or other third-party services.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide. Depending on your interaction with us, we collect names, email addresses, telephone numbers, billing and delivery addresses, business contact information, quote requests, order details, and customer communications. Project information may include measurements, drawings, photographs, appliance specifications, installation details, and design approvals. We also collect information you provide in connection with delivery, returns, warranty claims, and customer support.
Payment and financing information. We use Helcim for payment processing and Synchrony for financing services. Depending on the transaction, we receive information needed to administer payment or financing for your purchase, such as transaction references, payment status, or financing authorization. Information submitted directly to a payment processor or financing provider is also governed by that provider’s privacy notice. Please do not send complete payment-card details, Social Security numbers, or financing credentials through ordinary email, text messages, or general inquiry forms.
Messaging information. If you enroll in customer text messages, we collect your mobile number, consent and opt-out records, messaging preferences, message content, and delivery or response information used to administer the program.
Website and device information. Our website and the tools it uses may collect IP addresses, browser and device information, referring pages, pages viewed, interactions, cookie identifiers, and approximate location derived from an IP address. See Section 4 for information about Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and related technologies.
Information from providers. We may receive information from providers supporting a transaction or service you request, such as payment status, shipment status, and messaging delivery information. The information depends on the service and your interaction with it.
We do not record telephone calls. We do not share customer leads with dealers or installers for their independent sales or marketing. Information needed by a provider to fulfill your specific order or perform agreed services is distinct from sharing a sales lead.
2. How we use information
- Respond to inquiries and prepare quotes, designs, and proposals.
- Document approvals, manufacture and fulfill orders, administer payments, and coordinate delivery or agreed installation services.
- Provide customer service, warranty assistance, and order-related communications.
- Operate our optional customer text messaging program and honor communication preferences.
- Understand website use, measure advertising, and improve our website and services.
- Protect our business, customers, and systems; investigate fraud; maintain business records; resolve disputes; and comply with applicable law.
We do not use enrollment in our customer text messaging program as permission to send promotional text messages.
3. When we disclose information
Operational providers. We disclose information as necessary to companies helping us operate our business, including website hosting and technology providers, GoHighLevel for customer management and communications, Twilio for text messaging, Helcim for payments, and delivery or other providers performing services for your order. Where providers act on our behalf, their use of information is limited by the applicable service arrangement and law.
Financing. When you choose financing, information needed to facilitate that transaction may be exchanged with Synchrony. Synchrony determines its financing terms and handles information under its own applicable privacy notices and agreements.
Analytics and advertising. Google Analytics and Meta Pixel may receive website and device information as explained below. Their roles and use of information differ from providers that process information solely on our behalf.
Legal and business purposes. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or valid legal process, protect legal rights and safety, investigate misconduct, or obtain professional advice. Information may also be disclosed in connection with a proposed or completed merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of business assets, subject to applicable law and confidentiality protections where appropriate.
SMS information has additional protection. The general disclosure descriptions above do not authorize the sale or transfer of text messaging consent for another party’s marketing. The specific restrictions in Section 5 apply to mobile information and text messaging consent.
4. Cookies, analytics, advertising, and privacy signals
We use cookies and similar technologies to support website functionality, understand traffic, and measure advertising. We use Google Analytics for website analytics and Meta Pixel for advertising measurement. Depending on the tools’ settings and your choices, these technologies may also support advertising audiences or personalized advertising across websites and services.
Information disclosed through advertising technologies may constitute a “sale,” “sharing,” or processing for “targeted advertising” under certain state privacy laws, even when no money is exchanged. Applicable rights depend on your location, the law’s coverage, and the processing involved.
You can manage cookies through your browser and use available Google and Meta privacy or advertising controls. Blocking cookies may affect website features and does not necessarily stop every form of data collection. Where applicable law requires recognition of an opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control, we will process the signal as required by that law. A signal generally applies to the browser or device sending it unless we can associate it with other information as required by law. Traditional browser Do Not Track signals are different from legally recognized opt-out preference signals; we do not treat a traditional Do Not Track signal alone as a universal instruction to stop all processing.

5. Customer text messages and mobile information
Our optional text messaging program provides customer-service and order-related messages through GoHighLevel and Twilio. Messages may include responses to your inquiries, requested estimate information, design approvals, order confirmations, production updates, invoice or payment reminders, shipping and delivery coordination, and installation scheduling. The program does not include promotional text messages.
We use mobile numbers and messaging records to send the communications you requested, respond to you, operate the program, and maintain consent and opt-out records. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing products or services.
No mobile information will be shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may provide information to subcontractors and service providers supporting the program, including customer support, CRM, messaging, and carrier services, only as necessary to provide those services on our behalf. They are not authorized to use this information for their independent marketing.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from other information-sharing categories in this policy. We do not sell, rent, or share that data or consent with third parties for their independent use. Access by providers necessary to administer and deliver our messages, and disclosures required by law, are the limited exceptions to this restriction. A business transfer does not authorize another party to use your consent for an unrelated messaging program.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. You may also contact info@extcabinets.com or call 561-300-0176. We honor other clear requests to stop receiving messages. You may receive one nonpromotional confirmation of your opt-out.
We may retain limited consent and suppression records after you unsubscribe so we can document compliance and continue honoring your choice. Our SMS program terms provide additional details.
6. Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy. Retention depends on the type of information, our relationship with you, order and warranty obligations, accounting and tax requirements, fraud prevention, applicable limitation periods, and legal requirements or disputes.
Order and warranty records may be needed after an order is complete or an account is closed, including to administer long-term product warranties. We retain consent and opt-out records as reasonably necessary to document and honor messaging choices. When information is no longer needed, we delete it, de-identify it, or handle it in accordance with applicable retention requirements. Backup copies may remain until removed through the applicable backup cycle.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use the designated payment and financing channels and avoid including unnecessary sensitive information in project photographs or communications.
8. Your privacy rights and choices
Depending on where you live and whether an applicable privacy law covers our processing, you may have rights to access personal information, obtain a portable copy, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, withdraw consent, or opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain consequential profiling. Some laws also provide rights concerning sensitive information and information about recipients of personal data. These rights are subject to applicable exceptions and limitations.
To submit a request, email info@extcabinets.com, call 561-300-0176, or write to the address below. Explain your request and provide sufficient information for us to locate the relevant records. Do not send sensitive identification documents unless we request them through an appropriate channel.
We may verify your identity or an authorized agent’s authority where appropriate, but will not require verification where the law prohibits it. We respond within applicable legal timeframes. We do not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights. If we deny a request and your applicable law provides an appeal right, you may appeal by emailing us with the subject “Privacy Appeal.” We will explain our decision and any further complaint options required by law.
A deletion request does not necessarily require deletion of records we must or may lawfully retain, including records needed to complete an order, administer a warranty, comply with law, resolve disputes, or honor an opt-out. California residents may also contact us regarding disclosures for third parties’ direct marketing under California’s Shine the Light law, where applicable.
9. Children
Our website, purchasing services, and messaging program are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate steps to delete it.
10. Third-party services and international access
Third-party websites and independent services have their own privacy practices. Review their notices before providing information. Our business operates in the United States, and information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our providers operate, subject to applicable legal requirements. This notice does not make browsing our website a substitute for consent or other safeguards required by law.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or applicable requirements. We will update the date above and provide additional notice or obtain consent when required by law. Changes do not retroactively expand text messaging consent.
