Founder / President
With over 15 years of CNC machine experience in constructing and fabricating cabinets, Will thrives in finding solutions to complicated problems. You will find very quickly when working with EXT Cabinets that Mr Heinitz is involved in many aspects of the day to day business from answering your phone calls and emails, to coming out to measure and answer all your questions you may have about your custom outdoor kitchen design.
When hes not working, Will enjoys fine dining and spending his time with his lovely wife and their 4 children.
Beethoven Arnett
Production Manager / Sales
If you ever come into the shop, you will typically find Beethoven cutting or assembling HDPE cabinets. Beethoven has over 16 years of experience in cabinet building and general carpentry.
With an iconic musical name such as Beethoven, you will be happy to know that he is musically savvy and is a professional drummer who performs in many local venues on the weekends.
Alex Pena
Lead Production Manager / Head Engineer
Alex is a Certified Master Kitchen & Bath Designer (CMKBD) and handles much of the engineering and planning for outdoor kitchen designs. With over 16 years experience as a mster carpenter, Alex is a huge asset to the EXT Cabinets team. Alex’s expertise is greatly appreciated and counted on during each and every work day.
